Map 00: Less a dumb novelty and now a more playable CTF map

Map 01: Made to feel even more like Doom2/DW5. Additions to layout and visuals (maybe even a secret there ;>)

Map 02: Reduced the number of squirrels to three. Four have been a bit too much.

Map 07: Layout is slightly altered and looks even more complex. Big cosmetic change there too.

CTF version of map 02.

Map 01: Lava area tidied up and dormant former humans added for that authentic map01 feel :D
