Hmmm... When I first started this wad I thought "oups... wrong wad or wrong map". I checked the settings and... no! Everything was ok. Wow!
When you know, you'll play a map from 1994 you expect to find bare square rooms and boring architecture and you doubt that you'll finish the wad at all. But this one is different. It's far from being overdetailed or a masterpiece, but it's looking quite nice and has been built carefully.
The gameplay is, well, interesting, too. It's all about finding your way. All doors or lifts are hidden, so most of the time you're scraping along the walls and searching a way.
Opponents are rare and mostly weak. Nontheless you'll probably have to beat a Baron of Hell with a pistol or a (small) horde of Demons with fists only.
This is a short fun and a positive exception from the 1994-annoyance. However nothing to return to shortly.
