This is a masterpiece, optically and in regard to gameplay.
As to gameplay, this is a concept map. There are only 4 weapons: your fist, a saw, the pistol and a rocket launcher. And as there may always be a Lost Soul around the corner, you should be very careful to use the RL. So, this map is a real nice challenge.
Optically, it's quite beautiful. Everything is looking very organic. There's a lot of red all around you, spines and skins and bones. And some nice, really pretty details, plus an interesting use of sky-textures.
I highly recommend this map.
