This wad has been uploaded to Doomworld in 2004, but according to the date of the files, the wad is from 1995, though it really doesn't look like that.
It looks quite good, with only a minor texture glitch, and plays good, too. Maybe, on skill 3 it's a bit too easy (there's a radiation suit and an invicibility that you really don't need), so I suggest you play it on a higher skill level. The map isn't overly large, but enough to have fun for a while.
