This 15-map wad shows some nice ideas and effects, especially the splashing sound and sprites that appear when you're running through liquids. But overall the work is only mediocre.
Most of the maps are horribly underdetailed and too easy to beat, though they become better with every map, and the last ones are quite ok.
The last few maps contain many stealth monsters which was a pain.
You can see the progress in detailing and gameplay, while playing this maps, so I assume this wad provided more benefit for the mapping skills of its author than for the player ;-)
