Woah, this one took me some time to complete. It's a wad with 32 maps. They
start quite small and simple, but become more and more complex and harder from map to map.
The last 10 maps all have at least 200 monsters on skill 3 and a complex layout.
The overall atmosphere is very much like Doom2. Apart from the skies, there are no
new textures or sounds.
There are outdoor and indoor maps, gothic and tech-base themed maps. It's a perfect
mixture, and if I remember right, there's no mistake or bug at all in any map. So, this is
highly professional work. It's impressive, the more if you consider that all these maps have been done by
one author, and he states that this is his first wad release!
It's excellent, and if you liked the well-known megawads from the mid-90's (like Alien
Vendetta and such), you'll enjoy this one, too. At least, I did.
This wad hasn't innovation in mind, but solid, classical fun.
