Wow! I've seen many wads in my life and even made some newschool stuff myself, but it's amazing how good mappers can still add completeley new things to good old Doom (well, good not-so-old ZDoom, I mean)...
This map screems "detail" in every corner but in a very natural way. It's one of the best looking maps without being cramped or overloaded.

Gameplay is excellent, too, with a good mixture of monsters and weapons and some nice traps based on architecture as well as monsters.
